Sea Scout Canoe 15' ja 18', 2-4 person
SS canoes are most modern, very fast and comfortable expedition canoes.
More space like in canoes but fast like kayaks. In the hull there are
bullet proof kevlar laminate and glassfibre sides. Trimaran modifications
includes carbon and more glass in the hull.
Strip is light wood but special woods can be used for details.
Coatings and protections are made using Elelphant System
105 LV (Slow,LowVisc)
or 105Q LV (Middle Fast, LowVisc).
Which are specially developed for thin fibers, carbon and especially
good for kevlar giving extra strength and hardness over strip.
Very easy even beginners to work with these materials and now with kevlar
too.
Hull under waterline (kevlar laminate) is protected with ES105 and painted
with Elephant Poly Painting System (EPolyPS). Standard Color is light (kevlar)
yellow. Other parts are UV-protected with Golden Finish 2 Part Varnish.

or 3 seats. Very safe canoe, for heavy conditions canvas over the sitting
hole is recommended. Very easy and fast to paddle even for beginners.
